Week 5 Game (Week 84 @ LJ)
Board and prompts by
lilian_cho. Picture square prompts are from The O.C.
Post Secrets is playable.
This board is also posted on Livejournal. You may play on either site.
The goal of Writing Game is not to make multiple rounds around the board, but to accumulate as many points as possible.
You may switch fandoms/worlds whenever you first pass 20 points, 40, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, then free for all.
e.g. Total points: 19. Complete a +3 prompt.
This brings you to 22 points. At this point you may switch fandoms/worlds.
Always go clockwise unless you are going backwards because you skip a prompt.
You can Teleport to a Player's choice square. Tele Point only double the scores (and not the number of squares) of your next three drabbles.
All the general rules can be found in the user profile. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Player’s Choice Boxes:
Choose the box corresponding with the line color you wish to go. You may only choose the line that has a different color from the player’s choice square you are on.
Choose one of the prompts. You may combine two or three prompts for more points, but only if they belong in the same row.
Picture Square: You may use up to two prompts, as long as they’re touching each other (either top to bottom or side to side).

Home, P +2, Teen Wolf
Prompt: Puppy +2, 114 words
I was going to write about puppy!
PoseyScott, and then considered writing underage!Derek/Kate. But then...why can't I AU it up and write jailbait!Derek having a crush/puppy love on Stiles? >=)Just a snippet =O
Somewhere between "Call me Stiles" and "Does anyone know what Helen Keller went on to do for the rest of her life?", Derek had fallen hard for the new student teacher. If anyone had told Derek he would develop an ill-advised crush in his junior year of high school, he would scoff and give the other person his Are-you-for-real eyebrow tilt.
Of course Derek couldn't be normal and lusted after the hot blonde substitute teacher like his male classmates. Instead, his wolf perked up at the scents and sounds of this ridiculous, goofy, endearing, mesmerizingly beautiful man. Mr. Stiles Stilinski--Derek didn't even know his first name, just that he was the sheriff's son.

Home, D +2, Harry Potter
Prompt: Diamond +2
Word count: 133
Boredom was a killer Harry decided as he gave up reading his Arithmacy text book and pushed his shoulders back into the Griffindor common room lounge stretching his back for one blissful moment before slumping against the soft half collapsed arm. Maybe this time round he should go join Charlie and help raise Dragons in Romania, or go digging for gold, or diamonds or opals. Harry imagined for a moment looking for iridescent glimmers in a cool tunnel deep below a hot arid land with sand the colour of rich burnished copper. Then he shook his head dispelling the image. It didn't really matter what he did as long as he lived and lived for as long as possible, because next time it wouldn't just be one year with the Dursley's but three.
+2, A +2, Teen Wolf (Styals, a Single Omega)
Prompt: Advance +2, 58 words
"I heard you had a visitor while I was away," Danny said as he advanced into the room.
Isaac's face lit up at Danny’s arrival. "It was our neighbour, Mr Hale."
"Ah." There was a wealth of meaning behind that utterance, and Stiles would have asked Danny to elaborate, except Isaac was already talking a mile a minute.
+2, PC +1, Teen Wolf
Total pts: 4
Hold +1, 100 words
"Hi, my name is Batman," said a hooded figure from the shade.
"You're not Batman; you're just a kid!" Four-year-old Jackson retorted.
The figure emerged from under the slides. "Is too!"
Jackson scrunched up his nose. "You're wearing orange. Batman doesn't wear orange."
"Mom said I can wear any color and still be Batman if I have my Batman ring on." He held out a blue plastic ring.
"I don't want your stupid ring." Jackson stalked off.
Batman Stilinski sighed. He spotted a brown-haired boy nearby.
"Hi, I'm Batman. Wanna play?"
Scott smiled. "Hi, Batman. What are we gonna play?"
